Add-ons
Switch on only the modules you need.
Charged per care home per month, on top of any plan. Turn them on and off from your billing screen — a module you enable is billed from the following month, so the month you try it is free.
Resident movements — £2/mo
Admissions, hospital transfers, leave and returns as dated events, with the who and the why. The admission/discharge/transfer trail behind a digital social care record.
Care notes — £5/mo
The daily record written at the bedside in the staff app, with concerns flagged to the nurse or manager the same day.
Resident feedback — £3/mo
The monthly conversation with every resident, compliments and complaints captured as they are raised, and a list of who has not been asked yet.
A plan can also bundle a module in at no extra charge — if yours does, it simply shows as included.
For pharmacies
£150 a month, ten care homes in.
A pharmacy subscribes to its own plan. It covers your portal, your drivers, the delivery pipeline and returns, for up to ten linked care homes — then £4 per month for each additional home.
- £150 per month, excluding VAT
- 10 linked care homes included
- £4 per additional care home / month
- Unlimited pharmacy staff and driver accounts
Who pays for the care home?
Either. It is a commercial decision between you and the home, and the platform supports both.
- The pharmacy pays. Many pharmacies fund the eMAR for the homes they supply — it is what makes the supply chain work at both ends.
- The care home pays. A home can register on its own, choose its own plan, and link to whichever pharmacy supplies it using an invite code.
Either way the home keeps its own account, its own data and its own choice of pharmacy.
Not sure which plan?
Start on the one that matches how you work today. Changing plan takes one click from your billing screen, and your invoice is corrected the same day.
Questions
About pricing.
Is there one price for everything?
No. You choose a plan — Standard, Pro or Advanced — and add optional modules on top. The plan sets what the software does and how many residents are included; add-ons are charged per care home per month and can be switched off from your own billing screen.
What counts as a resident?
Anyone in your care: active, on leave, in hospital or otherwise away. Discharged residents stop counting. Every plan includes 10, and beyond that you are charged per resident per month.
Are staff logins charged?
On Standard, staff accounts are not part of the plan. On Pro and Advanced each staff account is £1.50 per month, billed from the first one — there is no included allowance, and no cap.
Can we buy resident capacity in advance?
Yes. You can add licences from your billing screen at your plan's extra-resident price. Buying ahead never costs more than the overage would have — it just guarantees the capacity is there.
Do pharmacies pay?
Yes. A pharmacy subscribes to its own plan — £150 a month, covering 10 linked care homes, then £4 per additional home. A pharmacy can also pay for the care homes it supplies.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, from your billing screen. The change takes effect immediately and your current invoice is corrected the same day — upgrades and downgrades both.
